Cause & Effect planted our roots in Washington State and has continued to spread through the PNW and greater western United States. We have built relationships with teams, clubs, families and communities that we cherish above and beyond our own success.

Paul Swanson
Founder & Lead Coach
Coach Paul Swanson is an Eastern Washington native and currently lives in Spokane, WA. Coach Paul competed at the NCAA Division 1 level, and has coached football, wrestling, and golf at competitive levels across the country. Coach Swanson is an Infantry Officer in the Army National Guard and is finishing his doctoral degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Coach Paul will be a Certified Mental Performance Consultant accredited by the AASP in the coming years.
Aaron Reese
Director of Operations & Coach
Coach Aaron Reese is an active duty First Sergeant at an Air Force Special Warfare unit and has served multiple tours oversees with Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). He is currently a senior leader within multiple organizations and a DoD certified Master Resiliency Trainer for Special Warfare Operators. Coach Reese has been highlighted multiple times for his efforts in his community in magazines and media stories. He has called Eastern Washington home for over 30 years, where he lives with his amazing wife and their two teenage kids.
